Tania S - CEO, programmer & dsw

Tania started the business as she saw so many participants voicing their needs and choices and no one listening. Tania has been a mentor for over three decades and has worked with adults and youth within Australia and abroad with a wide range of abilities with great success. Tania has both formal qualifications but more importantly many years of hands on experience working with people, assessing their abilities and coming up with out of the box ideas to meet their goals. Tania has a vision to make a long term difference and 4ts is her opportunity with her carefully selected team to do this.

Bruce S - operations, finance & all rounder

Bruce is our all rounder who has worked all over Australia, formerly a fulltime NSW firefighter with 21 years experience. Bruce has also worked as a soldier, as an educator and likes gaming in his spare time. He is also a wiz on Xero and ensures all our invoicing, bills and wages are processed efficiently and accurately. He is always willing to lend a hand in anything we ask of him at a moments notice but be warned if their is mischief around he is normally in the thick of it.

Linda S - adventurer, animal lover & dsw

Linda is our outdoor team member with a we can do that attitude, no task is too small for her. Walk the overland track no problem, attend an appointment we can do that. She has also worked with therapy dogs for several years. Linda is full of fun and readily available to help you follow your routine or learn that skill. Linda is ready to support participants to achieve their Parkrun / walk goals, Burnie Ten or other running or walking events. “Supporting participants to build confidence and achieve their goals are some of my proudest moments”. Bronwyn N - challenge accepter & dsw

The newest member of our team Bron brings a wealth of experience from a broad range of fields. Bron is hands on and not afraid to get her hands dirty. If you need quality support then Bron is the lady who can meet your challenge.
